Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.

Standard delivery within Belgium takes 3-5 business days. EU deliveries typically take 5-10 business days depending on your location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over €50 within Belgium and the Netherlands. 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship throughout the EU. International shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.
